Did you run it without the agitator to ensure the transmission shaft is moving in agitation? Does it spin normally?

I did not run without the agitator. It is now disassembled

I did remove the agitator clean up the dogs and ran it and the agitator did not spin.

I was told by your main number that I could talk to a tech??

I am a tech. I’m trying to diagnose whether or not you have a transmission issue. We don’t have the availability to speak to you directly on the phone.

When you have the agitator out set the washer to run a small load and during the agitate cycle observe the transmission shaft. Does it move back and forth by at least 45 degrees or is it stationary or barely moving. Then put the washer in spin, does it pump all the water out then spin the basket up to full speed

Will have to re assemble. Before i do should i remove the tranmission and motor and check? all i have to do is remove 3 bolts according to your video.

Can you do the tests I recommended so that I can help diagnose the problem before you tear it apart

As I said to run it I have to put it together to run the the tests. Thought it would bwe ggod to pull off the transmission and look at it before I out it back together.
