I change the heat element.It does not dry dishes like it use to it as 120 deg. hot water. clean dishes ok:cool:

When you replaced the heater did you check it or did you just replace it because you felt it was the most likely cause?
Is the vent opening?

can not answer that would be next thing to check the vent move up and down
Yes, perhaps it is not letting the steam out

The dry mode is on know and it still as soap sud

The bake element never gets hot or steam from front of door i open the door right before dry cycle element was not hot
Open it during the dry cycle and see if it is hot.
If not then
Remove check that the hi-limit thermostat is OK, should be 0 ohms.
Check that the heater is OK, should be around 20 ohms.
If both are OK then probably the control board is shot or you have a bad connection between the board and the heater/hi-limit.
