I was washing mushrooms on the side of the sink that has the garbage disposal and the water backed up into the dishwasher. We pushed the correct buttons and the water pumped out. Later we filled the dishwasher and about two hours later it was still running and not washing. There is no water going into the dishwasher. My husband cleaned out the filters, that did not help. Water is coming to the dishwasher but not in. Can you tell me what is wrong and what we need to do. Thank you

Which pump was running: the drain pump or the wash pump? What was shown on the display?
