Dishwasher won't start

Gene if you are out there??

Not sure what repair parts to purchase. )ver the last 2 weeks the lights on the control panel have been failing. It started on the right side - (wash type select) then moved to the center (start). now when start is pressed nothing happens.

Is there a way to repair the switch/light assy or will i need to replace the control panel? the panel is black and the s# starts with 32.

Thanks Gene:

Tried to initiate the test sequence 3 times but it would not work. The heated dry LED alternated on/off each time it was depress. That is all that happened.

Sounds like the problem is a bad control panel, but there is a small chance for the control board to be bad as well.
