If the front door panel is removed, the main control can be used for testing purposes. There will be two light blue wires next to each other at the connection P5. When the dishwasher should be operating the water circulation pump, there should be 120 Volts AC when testing from wire to wire when it is plugged into the control. If there is voltage present, the circulation pump would be the likely cause of failure if there is no motor noise during this time. If there is not voltage, the main control has failed. Keith, With the water not pumping during the wash portion of the cycle, it would be recommended to test the pump to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to it when in the wash cycle. This can be done by taking the kickplate off and testing the 2 blue wires to the pump. If there is 120 vac but it is not circulating the water then the pump is faulty and would need to be replaced. If there is not 120 vac then check the wiring back to the control board and if it is ok then replace the control board. Here is the tech sheet to help you.
