Dishwasher will not run nor reset

Main Symptom:flashing symbols and will not run
What happens & when:will not reset

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried:tried to cancel but will not. Cut breaker but still will not reset.
How can I test control panel and control board. Pulled white wire clip on top right of control board to disengage control panel and closed the door. Nothing happened. Stuck on quick setting with timer, start, and green light flashing.

This sounds like a door switch issue, locate and test door switches for continuity and replace as needed.
