Hi, our dishwasher not working, will not turn on. I think it might be a switch in the control panel. Can you advise please?

You need to check if there is 120VAC power supply, next check the thermal fuse inside the control panel clipped onto the control board.
Please provide the complete model number of the unit, so I can look up the parts and more detailed description of the problem.
