I have checked the breaker and the outlet. Both are good, but the control panel will not light up or turn on.
That’s probably going to be the main control board DD82-01337B under the dishwasher behind the toe panel or the user interface board DD82-01338B in the control panel DD82-01347A.
I’ve attached the testing methods for the main control board and the wiring diagram. If you’ve got 120v AC in and correct DC voltage out then it is likely to be an issue in the control panel. If you’ve got 120v AC in but incorrect or no DC voltage out then the issue is most likely the main control board.
