Brand: GE Model Number: gdf510psd2ss Main Symptom: Dishes not drying What happens & when: the dishes are no longer being dry when cycle is complete, completely wet and have to hand dry them.
Error Code (if any): N/A
Parts or tests already tried: I have replaced the Heating Element, This did not work. I saw someone say its the flood switch? Could that be why?

The flood switch would not affect the heating element during a drying phase. If you turn the power supply off at the breaker and access the wire connection J702 on the main control, the two wires can be used to test the heating circuit for resistance. Is there a resistance reading when testing from wire to wire?
I was mistaken with the flood switch. This particular one has a built in thermistor that can in fact affect the heating element. With this in mind, the failure could be the flood switch and thermistor assembly, the TCO of the AC harness, or the machine control. Without testing, the flood switch and thermistor assembly or the TCO on the AC harness would be the two most likely causes of failure.
