Main Symptom: not washing
What happens & when: starts pre cycle then takes 2 minutes to start main cycle. Not cleaning dishes

Parts or tests already tried: replaced water intake valve. Water lines. Cleaned filters

Just need a bit more information on the issue. Is water actually coming into the dishwasher when the cycle is running? Does it sound like water is being sprayed from the arms? Does it complete the cycle and just leaves the dishes dirty? Does it seem like it is both racks or just one of them that isn’t getting clean?
It was working fine Tues but yesterday it started messing up. Filled the tub but it wasn’t spinning the washer arms? I made sure there wasn’t anything blocking them. Was wondering if the latch was bad. Cleaned it. It took 5 hrs to go through the cycle. Tried it again today with the quick cycle 1.5 hrs and it worked.
Ideas?
I’d try it again on your normal cycle and see if it doesn’t work again. If it will work on a one cycle but not another that can indicate a problem with the main control AP2109480. Unfortunately, that part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available for purchase.

If it isn’t working on any cycle, but water is coming in, I would suspect the circulation pump AP5272389 or the main control board.

Ok I will try that. I saw that the control board was not available. So looks like I may need to purchase a new one. Thank you
