Dishwasher leaking from bottom front door area, mostly on left corner under vent assembly

Main Symptom:Leaking
What happens & when:Leaks from front left bottom corner mostly and some from the front center bottom. Happens randomly like a surge during the wash cycle I believe. Not a dripping leak, more like puddles every 20 mins it seems.

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: Tried new tub gasket. Inspected the vent assembly and cover in the door. Checked level of unit. Cleaned out air gap and drain from air gap. Cleaned out lower door seal. Checked for cracked washer arms. Still leaks :frowning:

Check that the lower wash arm assembly is not damaged, hung, or blocked. check that the lower door seal is in place and not damaged.

I don’t see any visible damage to the lower wash arm. I notice that the door insulation just behind door cover panel in both corners are soaked (seeming like it is getting hit with water) When I pinch with fingers I get a few drops out. I looked at lower door seal and it looks in good condition. No warping or cracks.

Could my door vent assembly be an issue? I have a multi meter, are there specs I can look at to test if the vent assembly is good or not?

I’m still getting used to this forum. I checked the lower wash arm and lower door seal. Both no visible signs of damage. I just ran another test and leak coming from both sides now.
