Hi, check the lower wash arm and make sure it isn’t clogged, cracked, or broken. Make sure all the spray holes are clear and that the wash arm can spin freely without hitting anything.
If you find any food or debris in the holes, clean it out and rinse the wash arm thoroughly. Once everything looks good, reinstall it and run a short cycle. Let us know if the wash arm is spinning and spraying properly, and we’ll be happy to help you with the next step if needed.
