Is there supposed to be a spring strong enough to hold the door in the up position?
We need the model number to see what you have but the door should not fall open. Check springs, hinges, cables etc for damage. Get the model number and we can look up whatever parts you may need.
Hello i have a maytag dish washer that was recalled and i got all the new equipment for it and i put it on and it didnt come with a wire diagram for it. dragonfly, I couldn’t find a wiring diagram for your model, however there should be one inside the dishwasher. Check: inside the control panel, at the bottom, by the pump, or inside the door.
