The door panel insert secured by the retainer (#20 on the diagram). The door panel insert has a different colors on its sides, so you can easy change a color of the door by reversing the insert.

Carefully pull out the retainer starting from any side of the door. Slide the door panel insert down.

When assemble it back, push the retainer into the channel starting from any side of the door.
