Dishwasher detergent cup

The dishwasher latch is not holding so the detergent will leak out before
it is suppose to dispersed. Could you tell me which parts would work
for this problem.

It could be anything from built-up detergent residue, to a broken latch assembly. You may need to pull the door apart (not real difficult, but a bit hard for one person to handle) to inspect the latch assembly.

I did open it already and it looks like the latch detergent cup is broken
the one on your website part #AP4310335 then the spring part number
(I was given by someone from your company who referred me to you
guys) is AP4038061 and I thought I made need detergent cup and
shaft lever part #AP2039379.
Just wasnt sure if these parts would fit my dishwasher. The guy I spoke
with said the latch detergent cup that is suppose to go with my dishwasher has been discontinued, so I asked him about the one I
mentioned above and he said do not order it unless it looks exactly like
the one on my dishwasher. So I wanted to see what you guys thought!!!

If these parts look like the ones in your dishwasher, they ought to fit.
