Parts or tests already tried: LATCH SEEMS FINE, HAVE SHUT BREAKER OFF FOR EXTENDED TIME IN ORDER TO RESET, STILL HAPPENING

This can be tricky to diagnose. There may be a shorted key pad/interface, also, the control board may be causing it to come on, hard to pinpoint. It will depend on how old it is and how much money you want to put into it. There could also be a wire issue between the interface/key pad and the control board.
