:mad: The start/resume button continuously blinks. Can’t hit any other button to cancel cycle or to start it. I have tried shutting power on electrical box for a couple of hours. When i turn it on, it sometimes starts and runs and then it stops.

Are you sure that the last two digits are 83 and not B3?
