Tell me a little bit more as to what you are seeing when the cycle is complete. Is the problem more so on the upper rack? Are the dishes dripping wet or just not completely dry? The more information the better, thanks
Dishes are clean but very wet top and bottom along with the side walls of the washer.
This DW has a heating element built into the circulation motor and is used strictly to heat the water and not for drying purposes. There is a fan and vent system built into the door that runs to pull the air and moisture out of the tub during the dry cycle.
