The button sequence for childlock should be clear and present what to push on the touch pad if it is not push the heat/dry button for 10-20 seconds it should unlock it…if that don’t work try tripping your breaker and turning the power off to the unit for 5+ minutes…If that fails look under the bottom cover plate for a tech sheet or under main front panel there should be a white piece of paper showing you what to do or your manual will show you.
