I think I need to replace the bearing assembly. I saw the video from your website. It looks like the seal is no longer available. What do you recommend? It seems like replacing the bearing without replacing the seal will be a short term fix not a long term one

Here is the part # for the entire seal kit but sadly as you said the part is no longer available from us. ( Whirlpool W10116790 Washer Kit, Face Seal W/Air | Genuine OEM Part ). You can try doing a internet search for a 3rd party vendor

my serial number starts with 12. Does this mean I can use W10116791? I found that available from a place in Colorado.

Yes it should work the part number for all series is the same.
