Delay Start doesn't Work

The delay start switch does not work…it feels like the plastic switch plate does not have a return spring behind the switch …when I looked at a parts schematic it appears that there is a “front cover” with plastic “spring” nubs. I presume the plastic return nub broke…is this a common problem?

Any help will be appreciated…before I buy the front cover for about $50.

Hi Sal,

It is a pretty common when a plastic tab brakes off and the front cover has to be replaced in order to solve the problem.
