Dead Dishwasher AGAIN! GDF570SGJ2CC

Main Symptom: Dead, no indicator lights at all. Buttons do nothing. Serial #GL823316B
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any): None
Parts or tests already tried: GE Service reprogrammed one of the logic boards using a connector at the bottom. He only needed to remove the valance and insulation. It ran correctly. I tried it use a few weeks later, and again it was dead, no lights, no buttons. I figure it’s one of the logic boards, but there are two, a large one and a small one. I can replace parts myself, and I have a professional VOM and know how to use it, if you know of a way to test them. What can you suggest, and which parts should I buy?

Check at the main board connector J722 at the black and green wires to make sure that there is 13.5VDC coming out. If there is proper voltage then test the same pins at the J401 connector on the UI. If voltage is present then replace the UI board.
