CYE22TSHHSS fridge not cooling

Main Symptom: Fridge not cooling
What happens & when: The freezer cools to 0 with no problems but the fridge is staying around 55 degrees and seems humid. I have unplugged it and left it off for days and cleaned out the coils in the back of it. When I leave it off water comes out from the bottom (This has also happened while it is running).

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: I bought an air damper assembly kit but it does not fit this fridge

This sound like an extreme airflow issue, defrost issue, evaporator fan, or damper issue.
Put the panels back in, turn it on and let it run for 48 to 72 hours, then check the evaporator coils for frost or ice. Check the evaporator fan for operation and the damper to ensure it is opening.
