Brand: Whirpool Model Number: WRF532SMHV00 Main Symptom: crisper frame sinking with the glass What happens & when: I bought a new frame to replace older one but the new one is sinking and cracking too- there is no support. We have the support brace-glide rail in the middle but it’s not enough. I called ApplianceParts Pros but they didn’t know what I’m talking about. I called other places too. I have a brace from the old frame but it’s short and falls down. . I’m nervous I’ll have to replace my fridge because I can’t get the right part. Can someone please help? What other parts do I need besides the frame, glass and the middle part that I have? I bought from you W10858393 Refrigerator Shelf Frame OEM Part and I have Whirlpool WPW10671238 Refrigerator Crisper Drawer Center Support Rail. Support is missing. Thank you!

The parts diagram shows the glass, frame and center support that goes in the middle but no other parts. Was there another part? Send me pictures if you can, thanks.
My understanding is that the center piece attaches in the middle of the frame so that the bins slide into the top cover and are supported in the middle. It does not look like the center support is attached to the frame. It also looks like the bins are not slid into the frame, but are resting on the slides underneath.
I have the middle support piece . Any other parts that are missing? The plastic frame is not strong enough to hold the glass with the middle piece. Saw videos they show insetting a bar/ brace but I can’t find what items to buy.
The parts diagram does not show a support underneath, but if there was one there from the factory, you should still be able to use it because the original parts are the same as those from the factory. In other words, the design did not change, so any support that came with it originally should still work if the frame is being installed correctly.
Yes that’s what me and the technician saw.Unfortunately I foolishly threw the old frame so I’ll never know. He put a bar that was left with other parts and tried secure it so I hope this will help. If this fails I’ll have to get a new fridge as no one can find what is missing. Thank you so much for trying to help. I appreciate it!
