Also, is there a High Limit Thermal Fuse that I should also order just to be safe? The dryer turns off after 20 seconds whether it is on timer or automatic sensor. Your help is appreciated.

You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.
You did not say what you ordered but I doubt you need a fuse.
Also not sure if you are referring to the thermal fuse or the hi-limit thermostat.
When it stops can you re-start it right away?
If you have to wait then odds are it is a motor overheating. It’s internal thermal protect trips and then you have to wait for it to cool down.reset before the unit will start again.
Perhaps try running the diagnostics. It may give some insight as to what is happening.
