Cooling On /Off Button starts compressor and then immediately compressor turns off

Main Symptom: Compressor will not stay on. Turns off after 2 seconds
What happens & when: When turning the Cooling button to “On”. the compressor starts and then shuts off after 2 seconds. Light in lower drawer turns on with compressor and turns off when Compressor turns off (2 seconds). Panel in the refrigerator turns on and then goes dark when compressor turns off.

Can I do it myself? Saw a video and it did not look complicated. any special tools needed? Repalcement fridge is $10K.

Also, Service tech who came and looked at it this afternoon gave me a different part number. WPW10468946. Do you confirm your part number / link?
