There is a thermistor in some of the fan motors that fails, try replacing the motor being you have already replaced the control board.
I have now replaced the cooling fan. It still comes on at exactly 20 minutes after I turn the breaker on.
When you say you replaced the control board, what was the part number of the board you replaced? Was it this board? DE92-03960A Range Oven Control Board | Genuine Samsung OEM In Stock
No. It was the control board on the front behind the knobs.DE94-03610A.
The board with the relays is what should have been replaced. The one I sent you a link to.
I have replaced that board now and the fan still turns on after exactly 20 minutes. It cycles correctly when using the bake feature but remains on even when I use the burners.
I don’t know what else to tell you, I wish I could be present and look at it, it is just frustrating sometimes when you can’t put you hands on the product. It is hard to diagnose over a chat. You may need to contact a good reputable service company to take a look at it.
