Main Symptom: Coolant fan will not turn off
What happens & when: When I turn the oven off the fan never shuts off. I have replaced the control board and the thermastat.

press OFF, OFF, START to enter the Diagnostic mode. Then press ERROR CODES on the oven display relevant to the oven cavity that was showing the failure to verify the error
codes. In the following procedure, where “left/right” is written, refers only
to the cavity that was showing the failure.
So I should do that and then you will know what parts I should order?
I did what you said and nothing happened. Fan just kept running

Could you please respond with advice on where I go next. The diagnostic mode did not work.
You will first need to get into the diagnostic mode and determine which error codes you have. The error codes tell you what is happening and what to check. The codes for the fan are usually something like F8E0, F8E2, F8E4 or F8E6. These codes and the procedure for the diagnostic mode is in the tech sheet packaged with the range.
I do not know how to get into the diagnostic mode. I pressed OFF OFF START and nothing happened. Does it need to be unplugged to do that or plugged in.
The manual does not tell me how to get a ERROR CODE to show. Can you please advise
