With the freezer cabin thermistor and the freezer defrost thermistor showing out of range on the display, testing them for resistance at the main control would be the next step. With the power cord unplugged, the main control wire connection J5 can be disconnected to test using the wires. The freezer thermistor would be tested from the orange wire at pin 14 to the brown wire at pin 7. The freezer defrost sensor would be tested from the black wire at pin 11 to the black wire at pin 12. The temperature of the freezer would need to be verified with a thermometer then compared to the attached general resistance chart while doing this test, but the freezer defrost thermistor should measure greater than 16.3K Ohms. If the thermistors test close to what they should, it would be likely that the main control has failed. If the thermistors do fail, replacing them will likely correct the issue.

Thank you for the reply,
I did the testing and the thermistors seem fine. So I replaced the board today but I am still getting a (- -) reading when doing the diagnostic for the Convertible Drawer Evaporator Thermistor. What am I doing wrong?
Would you be able to access the cover in the back of the freezer and remove it? A picture of what is behind the cover can help identify what may be going on since the thermistors tested good and the main control has been replaced.
