Control panel stopped working on GE Advantium Cafe microwave Model# CSA1201RSS02

Main Symptom: All buttons on control panel stopped working.
What happens & when: Nothing happens; cannot get any button to do anything, including the “clear” button.

Error Code (if any): Can’t remember exact wording, but in essence “Control Panel Malfunction Press Clear”
Parts or tests already tried: Disconnected power and reconnected; microwave gives steady 2 second (approximately) beep every 30 seconds or so. Buttons still do not work. Same error code. Based on limited research on your website, I think the Main Control Board OEM Part is what I need. Just trying to confirm.

This issue would be a control panel issue and would need to replace the control panel. Unfortunately, it appears that it has been discontinued.
