Photos / video link: I have received tech manual from support to enter diagnostic mode but am unable to make that happen. One note…on the old part there are two stickers with model numbers

Sounds like you got the correct board. Check the wiring between the board and the keypad to make sure that there are no damaged wires. If they are not damaged then this will likely be an issue with the keypad.
Wires do not look damaged from what I can see
