The control panel of my Quiet Smart 200 has an LED on next to a padlock icon. The controls don’t work (with the exception of performing a “field test,” which works fine). It seems like there should be a way to reset the electronics, but I can’t find it. Can anyone help me?

To unlock the dishwasher controls, press and hold the HEATED DRY pad for 3 seconds.
The light above the lock pad will turn off. To lock the dishwasher, press and hold the HEATED DRY pad for 3 seconds. The light above the LOCK pad will turn on.
Try the above.
If that does not work, get the model number.

Then go to the GE appliance website and down load the operator’s manual. It should have the procedure.
