Control Lock button is stuck "on."

Hi My washing machine, Whirlpool Duet GHW9150OW4, “control lock” light is on and I can’t clear it. The machine is not working. I have held the “control on” button for a long time and it didn’t clear. I’ve pressed the “pause, cancel, unlock door button” for a long time and nothing. I had it unplugged for 2 hours and it still came back with the light on and not working.

Any help you can provide would be awesome.

Are you sure it’s just one button you press and hold to unlock it?
Can you check your owners use and care guide for the instructions on how to unlock it?

Could you post a photo of the control panel?
