Control Board replacement on Whirlpool dryer

Main Symptom:All lights blinking no start
What happens & when:after dial selection after plug in. The dryer was moved after 3 years and happened on 1st plug in. Thanks

Error Code (if any):cannot get to fault codes
Parts or tests already tried: thermal switch/moisture strips/door switch/reset plug/breaker

****Update fixed!!****I removed the back plate and the control board simply fell off during the move. Such a simple thing I overlooked this could be the cause. Thanks all --I have used this forum for many years and appreciate the sharing of knowledge. Hope everyone has a great Saturday.
