What happens & when: microwave and oven whirlpool m# WOC54EC0HS04 the screen says locked and will not unlock. I turned breaker off, unplugged the board and still says that.

I assume you are talking about the oven door? Is it actually locked or just saying it is locked? In that case, either the latch is bad or the control board is defective
Have tried this: On our Whirlpool WOC54EC0HS04 wall oven control panel says “lock” because the safety feature is active, preventing accidental use; to unlock it, press and hold the ‘Start’ button (or ‘Control Lock’ button if present) for 3-5 seconds, until the lock icon disappears. If that fails, try unplugging the oven for one minute to reset the electronics, or gently clean the panel for stuck buttons.
Tried all that it just stayed locked. I reset everything. unplug, breaker, unplug panel board.
