Is it normal to have condensation on the 2" wide “paddle” door which
is between the french doors; sometimes it drips on the floor.
That piece has an option to turn on a heater, try turning the heater on, that should get rid of the moisture.
I can’t tell you where the on/off is for it, you will need to look at the owners manual under the mullion heater section.
I appreciate the input. I only have a Use and Care Guide and it does not mention a mullion heater. Any idea on how I can get a Users Guide?
Also, how could I get a circuit diagram for this refrigerator?
The use and care guide is the userguide. Is there not a troubleshooting section in it that talks about moisture on the mullion?
There is no mention of moisture on the mullion. There is only mention of interior buildup. Do you know what kind of heating element is inside the mullion. What is the power source for the heating element, AC or DC?
Maybe I can check the wiring leading to the mullion.
