Allow me to hook a start capacitor to it.

All im asking is for yes or no answer

Please dont tell me to ask tech i will change the compressor myself

You probably have a bad component. I would order a new start device, AP4503032 for this, comes with wiring info.[LEFT][COLOR=#000000]

If your compressor is running and condenser warm, you have no starting problem.
