We moved our RCA refridgerator yesterday. It was working fine. After move everything comes on ice maker, etc but compressor won’t kick on. Any advice/
A model number may help others help you.
Note: It is an old RCA so is probably a GE.
GE likes to keep everything a secret so tech data may not be available.
When you say everything comes on does this include the condenser/compressor fan if it has one?
Usually this fan is wired in parallel with the compressor so when it is on the compressor should be on.
Also is the evaporator (freezer) fan on?
If not you may be in a defrost cycle and it should fire up in half an hour or so.
Here is a good site for checking fridge components.

I would start by removing the rear cover and checking to see if a wire has come loose.
If you moved it on it’s side, then plugged it in right away, it now has a capillary tube filled with oil. Compressor current will be low and compressor will run hot.
I agree with Rich and I also think you provided a model number it would be better for us to hep pin point the actual problem with your compressor.
perhaps you need to drain out your compressor…
Normally you would purge the system, cut the cap tube, and blow the clog out with gas, but if a modern, high efficiency compressor, the compressor is damaged from very high internal pressure.
