Cold resistance measurement for ignitor

I’m having a slow heating, gas smell, low/no flame problem with the BAKE element. The ignitor glows, but I have read elsewhere that it may have increased resistance due to age, and I am pretty sure that’s my problem.

I’d really like to be able to test it before I pop for a new one. A cold resistance spec would be very helpful. I have also read elsewhere that the current flow should be about 3 amps, which I can also measure if I have to. Would that be correct for this part?

The model number is unreadable, but I’m almost sure the part number for the ignitor is 386324.

Fixed. I replaced the ignitor. Here are the measurements if anyone is interested:
Bad ignitor 195 Ω
Good ignitor 168 Ω
Good current 3.5 A
