Hi

I have the original diagnostic info for the machine. part # 3406547

Obtained a spare control card WP 4307152 ..identical card with same prom ID. Installed it for test and because the display was out on the old card. In service mode, all functions work, except for high,med,low thermostat heater setting (wouldn’t know what settings to use it at in any case) and the machine will not start. IE the machine operates correctly in service mode but will not start in operating mode Just wondering if there is something I need to do to enable normal start start on the new card or do I have a firmware problem on the card.Put the original card back in for now machine runs fine ..just no display

Should just be plug and play install new control put some coins in and start it. It is a standard whirlpool nothing fancy but the coin box. If the other one works just no display I’d say it sounds like a bad main control from the box but see if you can contact a Whirlpool authorized service place that may have availability to their tech line to confirm
