Clutch and agitator replaced, still doesn't spin full speed

It doesn’t seem to spin full speed still after replacing those parts.

Main Symptom: not spinning full speed . Clothes still very wet

Have you removed the basket? That acts like there is something loose in the basket area.

I only replaced the agitator. I only removed that little piece. Is there a video for that and what should I be looking for? Just broken parts?

When I pulled the agitator hub drive off, the piece in the middle with the splines that feeds into it wasn’t attached to anything.

I pulled it out and inserted it into the hub.

I looked at the piece and it didnt seem to be snapped metal. I was thinking that it had to attach to something but I figured that once I put that center piece back, the rod on the center piece would feed through and hold it together.
