I am having problems with clothes getting “STUCK” in the area by the dryer lint trap. The plastic Drum Glide piece did come out and my husband put it back in, but things are still getting stuck and they are sliding around stuck while the dryer is on- when I open the dryer, clothes are marked with Grease from being trapped.
Can you please tell me if I should order a new drum glide and a new felt piece, or what are your suggestions to fix this “greasy” problem.

Yes, you want to start by replacing the seal(s) and slide.

You should also check, the rear tumbler bearing / shaft assembly as well.
If it’s distorted, loose, or shows excessive wear, you should also replace it, as well.
