CLock Setting

I can’t figure otu how to set the time on my stove & don’t remember how I did it last fall. When I hold the “clock” button in (2) 0’s come up, when I press the arrow up button the display will change from 10 to 20, 30, _30, -20, -10. How do I get to the time setting menu and what are the numbers that do come up for?
