My Dryer Has 2 Blue, 2 White And 2 Black Wires But The New 4 Prong Cord Has A Red, White, Black And Green Ground How Are They To Be Hooked Up

Black is L1
White is Neutral
Blue is L2 (Red for electrical code)
I could not find an install sheet for this unit.
Try to find one as som,etimes the way they are hooked up is a little weird.
A 4 wire has a separate Ground and Neutral (white).
So usually it involves disconnecting a wire (ground strap) that goes from Neutral (white) on the terminal strip to the machines frame.
Then the white from the 4 wire line cord attaches to white on the terminal strip and the ground wire gets connected to the frame where the old ground strap connected.
