Can't remove upper dishrack on GE GDT670SGV1WW

Brand: GE
Model Number: GDT670SGV1WW
Main Symptom: Can’t remove upper dishrack
What happens & when: I’m replacing my old dishwasher with a GE GDT670SGV1WW. I need to get the upper dishrack out so that I can screw the straps to the cabinet, but this is defeating me. On my old LG I’d just remove the endcaps and the whole thing would slide out. On this one removing the endcaps is either unnecessary, or is not enough, because the rack hangs halfway out. I see the push-in tabs in the photo below, but pushing them in doesn’t do anything for me. Something did loosen up on the right, but the only result is now the rack sticks on the right. Thanks for any advice.

Hello, there is a 1/4 inch screw that has to be removed so the rack will release. There should be one on each side.

That did it! Thanks so much!
