Main Symptom: Need to replace control board
What happens & when: control board is likely out. I can’t loosen/remove the keypad to get behind it (I assume the control board is there). This model doesn’t have the 3 screws under the keypad to loosen and remove the keypad. Any ideas on how to get behind the keypad?
Error Code (if any): control failure, no code
