I am replacing the dispenser on a kitchen Aid KUDP01ILBL dishwasher. I have removed all the screws, but the front outer panel is stuck and won’t come loose. It feels like it is stuck to the styrofoam insulation. Has anyone seen this before, and any advice how to tackle this.

Once you’ve got all the screws out, the front panel should slide down toward the hinges. When it does, the top of the panel will pull away from the console so you can rotate it out and lift it off the hinges. Sometimes the panel sticks to the inner panel from a bit of residue, but giving it a push down toward the hinges should free it up.
