Cannot find the correct ice maker for my frridge

LG and AppliancePartsPros indicate the above is the part for my fridge as a direct replacement part to AEQ72910413, however I received it today and tried to put it in and the replacement is about 2” wider than the original. The look identical other than the size. I am struggling to find the correct replacement part for my fridge in particular and could use some help.

The ice maker for this one should be AEQ72910412. With LG there is always the possibility they (LG) will list 3 or 4 part #s as compatible with a particular model. We run into this all the time.
