If you were lucky enough to find all the required parts it would be possible but will be a lot of work and very expensive.

If you search AppliancPartsPros for ZISS42 and then look at units ( in the Matching Model Numbers section) that have a different letter than N as the next digit you will see that some of them do have in door ice makers but parts are missing prices etc. which usually means they are not available.
