I have a Caloric wall oven Model RWP212 with electric glow bar igniter. Every time we start the oven when the gas burner ignites (the first time), there is a small explosion within the oven and the door pops open and closed.
I replaced the igniter about 4 years ago. What could be the cause?
I measured the Amp on the igniter and it was giving me only a 2.8 Amp reading. I replaced the igniter and the door stopped popping open.
